Job Description

Oversee the installation of packaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to plan and execute equipment installations.
Develop and maintain installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and layout.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
Provide training and support to staff on the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
Ensure all documentation related to equipment installation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on equipment installation.

Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed to oversee equipment installations at various locations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to packaging equipment and installations.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
