Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regulatory research function and share best practices.
- Ensure that content operations are streamlined and documented across the function.
- Ensure compliance with processes and policies.
- Innovate and change content and operations to accommodate shifts in business strategy.
Inspirational People Management and Leadership
Proactively lead the development of a content strategy, collaborating with Reg Leads and other stakeholders to ensure that we have an integrated content and multi-channel content delivery strategy.
