In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a supportive and high-performing culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy & Operations :
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and confidential resolution.
