The Video Repair team is a group of specialty technicians that focus on the video components of our life-saving endoscopy devices. These technicians troubleshoot and repair the video components to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality image.
Responsibilities of Video Repair Technician :
- Troubleshoot product and processes, take corrective action to identify problems and, where appropriate, make inspections and initiate change.
- Inspect video production of various types and complexities in a timely and qualitative manner.
- Maintain video repair and tools in good working condition.
- Assist other video technicians as needed.
- Neatly and accurately prepare necessary department documentation : checklists, worksheets, etc.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed by scheduled due dates.
- Support the larger group of repair technicians to expedite any repairs that may fall behind schedule (technical issue, facilitating parts requirements, etc.).
- Obey all safety regulations and report infractions / hazards.
- Accept and complete other work as assigned by manager / supervisor.
