The Warehouse Associate is a detail-oriented individual with an ability to accurately delivery requested materials and shipments to support internal departments with demonstrations and orders. This individual moves with a sense of purpose and attention to detail to follow specification and accurately provide requested parts, services or shipments.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Pick and ship demo products including scopes, video processors and crate systems (via 3rd party logistics company)
- Follow the established inventory process for consignment equipment and accessories available for the Marketing, Sales, and Service teams
- Prepare proper documentation with medical equipment for outbound shipments; labels, packs and loads items according to specifications.
- Receive shipments and returns and moves items to appropriate designated areas.
- Inspects shipments for damage and compares items and quantities received against freight bills or other documentation discrepancies
- Maintain scope and accessory inventories in asset storage
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements of the Warehouse Associate:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office - Excel and Word proficiency
- ERP style warehouse planning system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
