What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Pentec Health?
The Customer Service Representative answers and triages phone calls received to our main phone number and distributes accordingly throughout the company based on the nature of the phone call.
This is a hybrid role. In office Monday-Thursday 8-4:30; and remote Friday 8-4:30
Essential Job Duties:
- This position will oversee, answer, and triage phone calls to our main company phone number.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette to respond to patient inquiries and requests to speak with other service areas of the company
- Acts as liaison between patients/customers and service areas to ensure they receive the highest quality service during their phone call interactions.
- Provides feedback to Patient Services Manager.
*Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 1-5 years' experience working within a healthcare company / customer service role
- Strong communication skills; Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing and composition skills; Proficient desktop skills, including Excel, Word, internet etc.; Ability to hold composure and to be a team player.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
Salary Range: $20 an hour
