Pentecom is seeking a project manager to join our team! The project manager is responsible for day-to-day management of data conversion contracts and reports to the director of programs. The project manager provides a critical service within Pentecom to communicate, coordinate, and integrate the functions within a matrix organization to achieve a successful project outcome.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of data conversion contracts
- Ensure all project requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and revise project schedules as necessary
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques
- Measure project performance, report, and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and briefs
- Work as the primary liaison across Pentecom's functional groups to ensure communication and coordination is taking place on critical issues and progress is being made towards issue resolution
- Schedule and lead the necessary coordination meetings, both for internal stakeholders and external customers
- Adhere to Pentecom security policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Excellent understanding and use of the MS Office 365 suite
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to spot trends in project performance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding and management of project budgets
- Great ability to balance and work multiple priorities simultaneously
- Great understanding of common process improvement concepts
- BBA or equivalent or 5 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
- Government contracting experience
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- 5% travel may be required - travel as needed to support Pentecom
- Reliable internet connection
- Must be a US Citizen
