Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Provide care and supervision for children in their care, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Foster literacy education through interactive reading sessions and language development activities.
- Incorporate physical education into daily routines to promote healthy habits.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning at home.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred for lead teachers.
- Experience in classroom management and infant/toddler care is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of early intervention strategies for children with diverse needs.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math and literacy education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred but not required.
