Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
Shifts: AM & PM. Must be able to work some nights & weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival.
- Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly approach.
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned.
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary.
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations.
- Open door for Guests arriving and departing.
- Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Requirements:
- Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude and be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively within a team, and be on your feet and alert for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a strong personal image and uniform standards.
