Status: Part-Time
Shifts: Morning & Day. Must be able to work some weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival
- Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion
- Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations
- Open door for Guests arriving and departing
- Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return
Requirements:
- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude and be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively within a team, and be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
