Job Responsibilities

• Collect blood from all age groups using venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Collect samples for drug testing, paternity tests, and alcohol tests, among other things.
• Conduct accurate and timely data input of patient information
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare all specimens obtained for testing and analysis.
• Keep track of patient and specimen data.
• Offer all patients excellent customer service.
• Administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• When necessary, travel to other places.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
