We are excited to partner with People Architects to recruit for an Associate General Counsel. This role involves working closely with the General Counsel and assisting with all legal aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth by providing legal counsel, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting M&A transactions, advising on corporate governance, and gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing basic legal advice and support to senior management on various topics such as contract reviews, intellectual property basics, data privacy, regulatory compliance, employment law, and corporate governance.
- Conducting legal research and identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations under supervision.
- Aiding in the development of legal strategies and processes, and supporting the organization's interests under guidance from experienced professionals.
