What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawyer for Corporate Governance position at People Architects?
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Ohio Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where the company operates. They will also have 1-3 years of experience required, ideally at a law firm, preferably with M&A, litigation, and/or IP experience.
A plus would be exposure to Carta's equity management platform and internships and related extracurricular activities.
