Our fast-growing, California-based client is on the hunt for a Media Buyer / Team Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. Youll be hands-on with high-budget Google, Amazon, or Facebook campaigns while leading a team of media buyers to maximize ROI and drive exponential revenue growth.
What Youll Do :
Manage large-scale media buys with precision, ensuring top-tier performance and efficiency.
Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune campaigns, maximize ROI, and hit aggressive revenue goals.
Develop, mentor, and scale a team of media buyers, providing them with the tools to succeed.
Own a $6M annual media budget , reallocating spend based on data, trends, and market insights.
Work closely with Creative & CRO teams to ensure ad performance is fully optimized.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative strategies to the table.
Who You Are :

Youve managed high-budget, high-performing campaigns across Google, Facebook, or Amazon.
You understand the big picture and how each media dollar drives results.
You know how to build, inspire, and lead a remote team.
Youve scaled brands and know how to drive conversions profitably.
Base Salary $100k (DOE)
