Key Responsibilities
· Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
· Load and handle glass materials with care
· Package finished products for customer delivery
· Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
· Operate forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Reliable team players who show up ready to work
· Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
· Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
· Attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus
· Willing and able to work any of the following shifts
Available Shifts and Premiums
8-Hour Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM (Includes $2/hour shift premium)
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM – 6 AM (Includes $2/hour shift premium)
10-Hour Shifts:
Monday–Thursday, 6 AM – 4 PM
Scheduled overtime on Friday and/or Saturday
12-Hour Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule):
Days: 6 AM – 6 PM
Nights: 6 PM – 6 AM (Includes $2/hour shift premium)
Premiums may reach up to $3.50/hour depending on the role and schedule.
