As a key member of our finance team, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also be familiar with financial software applications, such as general ledger systems and spreadsheet tools.
You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. You will also provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting. A CPA certification is also preferred.
