Associate Attorney (Family Law Experience)

Position: Associate Attorney (Family Law Experience)

Location: Boone, NC (On-site)

Duration: Full-time

Requirements: Licensed NC Attorney with at least 1 year of family law experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to manage family law cases, negotiate contracts, and represent clients in court.
• Able to Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Able to Prepare legal documents and reports, and litigate in court as required.
• Able to Provide legal support to clients and work closely with other attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Experience: At least 1 year of family law experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong client relationship skills, legal document preparation, and courtroom experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to $150K.
