Job Description
- 5-15 years of progressive experience in site development engineering within a consulting environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to site development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with stormwater modelling software is a plus but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Michigan or eligible for reciprocity.
