Job Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years in construction management, estimating, or craft supervision in earthwork or heavy civil projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and industry standards.
- Strong financial management and contract negotiation skills.
- Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
- Familiarity with craft agreements and jurisdictional negotiations.
- Directly supervise up to 20 supervisors managing crews of up to 200 employees.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
