Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare legal or compliance roles.
- Substantial knowledge of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, legal teams, and compliance personnel.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Onsite work at Client headquarters required Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with additional days as needed for meetings.
- Ability to travel out-of-state at least once per year for conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Healthcare industry experience required.
