Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to oversee compliance initiatives and cybersecurity operations supporting the Pentagon. In this role, you will manage cybersecurity personnel and ensure compliance with FISMA, RMF, DoD regulations, and more. Responsibilities include conducting vulnerability scans, supporting IT audits, managing configuration efforts, and developing cybersecurity documentation. You will also provide incident response and ensure continuous security assessments.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Bachelor’s degree or 6-10 years of cybersecurity experience
- In-depth knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Strong background in compliance, risk assessment, and auditing
- IAM Level III certification at onboarding
