The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using data visualization tools and predictive analytics techniques to drive business decisions. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, sales, product, and operations, to support organizational goals through data-driven insights. Your role will involve developing interactive dashboards, analyzing complex data sets, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Utilize predictive analytics (modeling, forecasting, machine learning).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data projects with business needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for data models and reporting processes.
- Use advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) for data manipulation.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics.
- 4 years using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
- 3 years in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets in multi-project environments.
