As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will ensure accurate and compliant financial disclosures while leading technical accounting initiatives and contributing to SEC reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, partner cross-functionally, and mentor team members to ensure our financial reporting is timely, precise, and aligned with our mission and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical accounting areas such as consolidations, investments, and equity.
- Conduct regulatory research to ensure compliance with SEC and NYSE standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings.
- Mentor team members and lead offshore team collaboration.
- Partner with external auditors and ensure adherence to SOX 404 standards.
- Support statutory audits and other financial processes.
- Uphold company values in all professional interactions.
- Manage reconciliation oversight and technical issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Travel requirement: Up to 5%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification or actively working toward it.
- 4 years in public accounting or 5-6 years in public company experience.
- Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise.
- Experience leading offshore teams.
- Proficiency with Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or Workiva.
