Position: Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Federal Way, WA (Hybrid work model: 2-3 days in-office, remainder remote)

Duration: Permanent Role

Compensation:

• Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
• Annual performance-based bonus

Job Description:

As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will ensure accurate and compliant financial disclosures while leading technical accounting initiatives and contributing to SEC reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, partner cross-functionally, and mentor team members to ensure our financial reporting is timely, precise, and aligned with our mission and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical accounting areas such as consolidations, investments, and equity.
• Conduct regulatory research to ensure compliance with SEC and NYSE standards.
• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings.
• Mentor team members and lead offshore team collaboration.
• Partner with external auditors and ensure adherence to SOX 404 standards.
• Support statutory audits and other financial processes.
• Uphold company values in all professional interactions.
• Manage reconciliation oversight and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Travel requirement: Up to 5%.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification or actively working toward it.
• 4 years in public accounting or 5-6 years in public company experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or Workiva.
