Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance or demonstrated equivalent skills.
- Strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (drill press, band saw, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
- Ability to interpret precision measuring devices.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of relevant certification testing.
- Associate’s or 2-year Technical Degree in a related field.
- Experience mentoring or training team members in a manufacturing setting.
