Position: Direct Care Staff for Adult Residential Facility

People Creating Success is currently hiring Direct Care Staff for our Adult Residential Facility in the San Fernando Valley. In this role, you will provide support to four amazing individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

- Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Qualifications
- DSP 1 & 2 Certifications (Preferred)
- Must Clear Live-Scan Background Check
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
- Engage in daily living activities and support personal growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
Legal
- Criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Clear driving record
- Clear drug screening
