About the Role

At People Creating Success, we are dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and fulfilling lives. As a Direct Care Staff member, you'll play a key role in empowering individuals through daily living support, mentorship, and community engagement. This role is perfect for compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who are ready to create meaningful change.

Your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of those you support. You may assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, budgeting, or personal care. You'll also help individuals participate in community events, pursue hobbies, and work toward their personal goals. Whether you're providing encouragement, assisting with tasks, or documenting progress, your work will have a direct impact on someone's quality of life.

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable, caring individuals who can bring compassion and professionalism to their role. Requirements include:

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, training available)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance (if applicable)

Experience with caregiving, behavioral support, or assisting individuals with developmental disabilities is highly valued but not required-we provide the training you need to succeed.
