About the Role
We are hiring FADE Associates for our community-based programs in the Conejo Valley area. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them reach their goals and live fulfilling lives. This includes assisting with activities like attending community events, volunteering, and practicing independence.

- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Hours: Up to 30-40 hours weekly

Qualifications
We're looking for reliable, caring individuals who are patient and eager to support others. A valid driver's license (if applicable to the position), reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check are required. CPR/First Aid certification and experience with behavioral support are a plus, though training is available.
