People Creating Success is looking for compassionate, patient, and caring Direct Care Staff to join us in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We offer a variety of shifts and are especially interested in candidates who are available on weekends.

What You'll Do :
Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include :
- Following individual program plans and working towards their goals
- Completing documentation at the end of each shift
- Assisting with daily living activities, including :
Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties

Requirements for Employment :
To be considered, you must pass pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and drug screening, provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States, and ideally have CPR / First Aid / AED certification (training available if not certified). A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable to the position) and proof of insurance is required if applicable.
