As a Direct Care Staff member, you'll play a key role in empowering individuals through daily living support, mentorship, and community engagement. This role is perfect for compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who are ready to create meaningful change.
Your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of those you support. You may assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, budgeting, or personal care. You'll also help individuals participate in community events, pursue hobbies, and work toward their personal goals. Whether you're providing encouragement, assisting with tasks, or documenting progress, your work will have a direct impact on someone's quality of life.
