What matters most
To excel as an eServices Specialist in our contact center, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being a problem solver is key to effectively address member inquiries and concerns. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment will be essential for handling complex member inquiries efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Perform account verifications, assistance with bill pay, stop payments on checks, transfer funds between accounts, and process check withdrawal requests.
- Provide information on membership qualifications, new account information, procedures for initiating direct deposits and ensure proper forms are sent to the member.
- Complete request for statement copies/check copies and forward them to the member.
- Provide information to members including rate information, ongoing and upcoming promotions, features and benefits of products, and assist as requested.
- Document research requests and deliver to appropriate PDCU personnel.
- Resolve members' requests, problems, and questions promptly. Answer members' questions or refer appropriately.
