Essential Functions:
- Provide a warm, inclusive environment by greeting each member and welcoming them to PDCU.
- Process transactions for members accurately and quickly while meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
- Answer basic and complex inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
- Identify how to make financial services more convenient for members by finding the right solutions for members and recommending additional products and services and special promotions.
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience as a Member Service Rep/Teller in a full service financial institution is required.
*Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening.
Salary : $19 - $22
