- Maintain current knowledge of all credit union services, policies, and promotions.
- Receive and process member transactions, transfers, and loan payments.
- Cross-sell credit union services.
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with minimal errors.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, such as keyboarding, filing, computer input, and phone duties.
