As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by actively listening to their needs and uncovering financial solutions through conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional member experience by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed.
- Cross-sell credit union services to meet members' financial goals and objectives.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions with minimal errors.
- Perform various tasks, including keyboarding, filing, computer input, and answering phone calls.
