Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member experience by actively listening to our members' needs through various communication channels.
- Recommend credit union products and services that support the members' financial goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of all credit union services, policies, and promotions.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Six to twelve months of Teller experience is preferred.
