3rd Shift Extraction Operator Position Details: Seeking candidates for an Extraction Operator position. This is a 3rd shift position with the hours of 11:00 pm-7:30 am, with overtime as needed. The starting pay is $21.50 per hour.
Responsibilities and Requirements: This role is responsible for the Extraction Department in a flavors manufacturing facility. Extraction team members monitor equipment, follow sanitary practices, move and lift products into hoppers, and pack liquid products into various containers which are subsequently placed on pallets for shipment.

Extraction team members monitor equipment, follow sanitary practices, move and lift products into hoppers, and pack liquid products into various containers which are subsequently placed on pallets for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates process and utility equipment in a hygienic and safe manner in accordance with all process procedures, cGMP, and HAACP instructions and guidelines.
- Sets up, calibrates, and monitors instruments, such as pH meters, temperature meters, conductivity meters, hydrometers, and thermometers.
- Tears down, cleans, and re-assembles equipment, including pumps, grinders, valves, etc., and cleans utensils, vessels, and lines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematics.
- Able to continuously lift and pour 50lbs throughout the day.
