Job Title: Tech Test Operator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tech Test Operator to join our team.
About the Role:
The Tech Test Operator will be responsible for testing and verifying products through the Test Cell at production volumes. This involves adhering to customer-supplied test criteria, including test procedures, test software, diagrams, and other detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional testing and/or verification of electronic assemblies.
- Use of written procedures, test software, block diagrams, schematics, and other documentation needed for test operations.
- Accuracy in keeping product properly organized and labeled in regard to 'tested' or 'not tested' status during test operations.
- Use of small hand tools (screwdrivers, trim pot tools, etc.).
- Use of basic diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Accuracy in all applicable paperwork.
- Use of Windows-based computer systems.
- Communication of failure rates and other production data to the Test Supervisor and/or Production Manager.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience with testing products is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided as needed.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others.
- Job requires prolonged sitting, standing, and frequent bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Occasional light lifting will be required.
