Job Summary
The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support field operations in an office setting. These various tasks could include data entry, system updating, creation of permit requests, fielding calls from customer and employees, scheduling tasks, and interfacing with company and contracted field employees. The Operations Specialist will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area, works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch orders in PCAD & create orders in Open C
- Update a variety of spreadsheets / SharePoint sites on a daily basis
- Experience using Excel for daily assignment sheets
- Resolving and investigating customer complaints
- Handling of tailgates
- Administrative tasks : restocking / ordering forms, ordering food, create appointments, file documents

Pay Range Minimum : $27.97
Pay Range Maximum : $45.45
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary / pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
