Our client is building a generative AI platform that drastically reduces design cycles, enabling global brands to go from concept to production more efficiently than ever before. They’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their founding team in Midtown Manhattan.

What You’ll Do

• Model Development: Focus on generative image modeling (e.g., diffusion models) to create lifelike product visuals.
• Computer Vision & Segmentation: Enhance segmentation algorithms to identify and manipulate design elements within images.
• Data Pipeline & Deployment: Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines—from data ingestion to model serving—ensuring low-latency performance for end users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, product, and industry specialists to refine features and incorporate real-world feedback.
• Innovation & Research: Stay current with state-of-the-art approaches in generative AI and computer vision; propose and implement new techniques to keep the platform on the cutting edge.

About You

• 3 years of experience in machine learning, specifically with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Generative AI Expertise: Background in GANs, diffusion models, or other generative approaches. Understanding of image segmentation and object detection is a plus.
• Software Engineering Skills: Comfortable with end-to-end ML workflows, version control (Git), and containerization or microservices architectures.
• On-Site Mindset: Available to work in-person in NYC (five days a week). This is a highly collaborative role where direct interaction is key. (Visa transfers possible.)
• Team Player: Excels in an agile environment, enjoys brainstorming on whiteboards, and can adapt quickly as the product evolves.
