People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a full Capital Improvement and Maintenance Technician for our affordable housing properties in Pulaski, Virginia and Floyd, Virginia.
Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required.
