Child and Family Development Supports the development of annual Head Start budgets, performs regular tracking and monitoring of monthly expenditures and reporting to ensure ongoing regulation compliance, conducts regular program fiscal analyses , uses fiscal data to inform budgetary decisions. The successful candidate will posses experience and a proven history of effective work with financial systems and processes. will have the ability to consistently apply federal, state and local fiscal standards and to monitor for compliance, will possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and to create and present fiscal reports in a variety of formats to stakeholders, and possess a strong adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards. A minimum of an Associate degree or certification in accounting or related field and a minimum of three to five years experience in fiscal operations.
