Job Description:
As a Direct Care Professional, you will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance with daily activities, ensuring a structured routine, and participating in individualized community outings such as going to the movies, shopping, dining out, attending baseball games, or bowling. You will also assist with meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License, be a compassionate person who enjoys helping others, and possess a qualifying criminal background check and driving record. You should also hold a valid driver's license and be willing to use your personal vehicle for work-related purposes. A TB screening and physical examination are required upon hire and every two years thereafter.
