The successful candidate will oversee the direct supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training of three Family Education and Engagement Specialists.
To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of adult learning styles and strategies, enabling you to facilitate goal setting and attainment. You should also demonstrate professionalism in childcare environments and community settings.
**Requirements**
A minimum of an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Human Services or Early Childhood Education, or a related field, is required. Relevant prior experience is also necessary.
