What youll be working on
Growth Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute product strategies to drive acquisition activation retention and monetization.
Driving impact : Drive product decisions that contribute to topline growth including launching new features and optimizing existing ones to meet the needs of our customers
Customer Insights : Analyze customer data and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for growth and optimize user experience.
DataDriven Optimization : Define track & drive actionable insights from data presenting recommendations to the executive team.
Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work with engineering and other GTM teams such as marketing sales support and customer success teams to implement growth initiatives.
Experimentation : Design launch and manage growth experiments (e.g. onboarding optimizations new feature tests pricing strategies) focusing on iterating quickly and learning from results.
What are we looking for
8 years of experience in product management with at least 4 years focused solely on growthfirst initiatives for a SaaS org.
Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition retention and revenue growth.
Experience with scaling a SaaS business in its 10100 journey; in a fastpaced highgrowth startup
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth levers including subscriptionbased pricing churn reduction and customer lifetime value.
Deep expertise in product analytics tools and datadriven decisionmaking.
Strong experience running A / B tests cohort analysis and other growth experiments.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear concise manner.
