Responsibilities
- Detailing dust collection and pneumatic conveying equipment
- Creating 2D & 3D equipment drawings and modifying them based on project requirements or request of direct design engineer
- Collaborating with production to develop GA layouts, views, field install and truck loading drawings and any necessary details for production and other parties
Skills You Need to Bring With You
From a technical perspective, our ideal candidate will bring the following skills & experience with them:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or higher, Inventor 2020 or higher (directly used), and MS Office. Other CAD Software Environments can be considered (related to manufacturing).
- Requires a technical institute, associate degree in drafting or 3-5 years' experience in related field.
- Experience that includes 3D CAD software for designing mechanical components and systems.
- Must be able to create accurate and detailed 2D/3D system designs as well as mechanical manufacturing drawings.
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The following skills and experience are helpful, but not required:
- Experience/knowledge of dust collection and pneumatic conveying.
- Experience/knowledge of OSHA Regulations.
- Experience/knowledge of P&ID.
