This 34-bed unit provides specialized care to patients who have undergone neurosurgery and require ongoing monitoring and support. Job Description : The Nurse Manager, Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology, plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the unit, managing a team of 40-45 FTEs, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the provision of nursing care, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina (or compact license)
- BLS certification
- 1 years of experience in nursing leadership / supervision in an acute care setting
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
