Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group therapy to address mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop treatment plans.
- Establish therapeutic boundaries and a safe, caring environment.
- Collaborate with clients and families to set treatment goals and interventions.
- Document client progress accurately and timely.
- Coordinate care with colleagues and secure appropriate treatment resources.
- Participate in on-call rotations for mental health crisis evaluations in Emergency Departments.
- Demonstrate professional behavior, effective communication, and a commitment to a healing environment.
