What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Engineer (Electrical) position at People Profilers?
Working hours : 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all plant equipment and ensuring machinery is in good working condition with a preventive maintenance program as well as breakdown maintenance in the plant.
- Using analytical tools and machine downtime data to identify root causes and implement effective measures to reduce breakdown occurrences and extended downtime.
- Assist Plant Engineering Manager with machine installations in the production line.
- Responsible for the operational efficiency of the production process, maintenance functions, and equipment upgrading.
- Responsible for new machinery and installation in production for future expansion.
- Ensure that the team of maintenance technicians is continuously trained and developed in supporting shop equipment and machinery that operate using the latest available technology.
- Responsible for recommendations of corrective actions in case of quality discrepancies.
- Responsible for the implementation of the SAP system and improvement of maintenance processes.
- Responsible for ISO standards, procedures, and maintaining machine instructions / records in the Maintenance department.
- Support quality objectives and assist in initiating improvement programs.
- Support and troubleshoot critical issues in the production line.
