Teller / Member Service Representative

People’s Community Federal Credit Union in Vancouver, Washington seeks an individual for a full-time Teller position. The position is Monday through Friday.

The credit union has been part of the Clark County Community since 1952. People’s Community Federal Credit Union’s purpose is to improve the economic well-being our its members.

Essential Duties:

· Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.

· Receives deposits and loan payments.

· Disburses cash or check withdrawals.

· Processes assigned transactions, and balances at the end of the day.

· Maintains privacy of member account information.

· Ensures the Credit Union’s quality reputation is maintained and projected.

· Remains compliant with applicable statutes and regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and U.S. Patriot Act.

· Establish good business relations with members.

· Answer questions from members promptly and courteously.

· Ensure teller functions are efficiently, effectively, and accurately performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures.

· Performs additional duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Qualifications:

· One year of customer or member service involving cash handling experience.

· High School graduate or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
