Hotline Coordinator at SAFE: Full time position to provide crisis response on domestic violence hotline in 24/7 shelter program. Major responsibilities include: responding to hotline; safety planning; providing hotline training to shelter staff; data collection and entry; data reports; building relationships with community resources; and serving on team coordinating services for survivors. Associate’s degree in human services or relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Empathetic, supportive listening and excellent communication skills required. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced atmosphere required. Professional experience in domestic violence desired. Must have a flexible schedule with some evenings.
