What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Operations Coordinator position at People's Place?
PROGRAM OPERATIONS COORDINATOR: Full-time position at SAFE, a residential, trauma-informed shelter program for adults harmed by domestic violence and their children. Shelters are located in Kent and Sussex Counties. Primary responsibilities include managing the program database, creating and generating month, quarter and annual reports; teaching and assisting staff with database; and scheduling and overseeing regular maintenance and needed repairs for shelters and vehicles. Other responsibilities include responding to hotline and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment that promotes the wellbeing of residents. Experience in data input, data analysis and generating reports required. Must have Delaware driver’s license and be able to drive. Position is based at two shelters. Must be flexible, organized and able to meet deadlines. Associate’s degree preferred. Experience working in trauma-informed programs is preferred.
